Willi is an absolute master of his craft, second to none. His contributions have profoundlyelevated the quality of our community product. Among several initiatives, Willi spearheaded the creation of our design language system and its components with meticulous visual polish and a keen eye for accessibility. His understanding of ever-evolving CSS advancements has also been instrumental in shaping our design approach as well. Beyond his technical expertise, Willi's positive attitude has played a key role in uniting teams and inspiring individuals to elevate their own craft. This was the second organization I've had the privilege of working with Willi, and each time his impact has been key to our success.

I had the pleasure of working with William for three years at CollegeNET. During that time, he proved to be a critical part of our web development team and a key source of technical knowledge for the support staff. Always happy to answer questions or provide best-practice suggestions, William was my go-to man for all things web-dev. His UI projects kept our products competitive in the mobile market and added the extra bit of flash that won over many new customers. I wouldn't put together a development team without him.

I worked with William for over three years at CollegeNET, in several different projects. His role often involved starting from a visual design or mockup, and producing a full CSS/JS framework that would be the basis for the front end of Java-based Sass products. Thanks to his hard work and attention to detail, our systems were developed with the higher standards of responsiveness, accessibility, usability, and internationalization. William not only excelled at developing reusable UI frameworks, but also training others in the best practices of UI development. I highly recommend him for any team.

William is the best kind of developer: one who is able to make an idea a reality, one who is constantly thinking about ways to better both his projects and his process, one who doesn't settle for anything short of excellence, and one who is excited by his work and wants to share it with the world. He is forever finding new approaches to problems and is always enthusiastic about sharing his discoveries with friends and coworkers so that they might benefit from the time and effort he has put in. If you ask him to accomplish something and he doesn't already know how to do it, you can be sure that if there is a way, he will find it, learn it, and implement it as best as it can be done.

Willi is an expert at what he does, a fact that is evident in his work. Moreover, Willi is always willing to share his knowledge and I have on several occasions benefited directly from his help and explanation. It was a pleasure to work with him. Beyond being knowledgeable regarding all aspects of CSS, responsive design, and many other web-development topics, Willi was fun to work with and one to inspire creative solutions.

William Hyde is a dedicated worker and independently motivated. He prides himself on user experience design and implementation across multiple platforms, and he designs in a way to minimize extra work involved in maintaining a website on every browser and mobile platform available. He also is a great communicator and works well in teams. He constantly researches and improves his methods every day as the face of the web rapidly changes. William Hyde is an asset to any team, and a great contractor when you need to update your web brand.

William is just an all around natural at anything multimedia. From video to graphics to web design, William does it all and to a high quality for each. If I had to pick one talent that stood at the most it would be his Web Design skills. I was working with William when he was updating the design of the BCIS website. As an avid user of the site, due the various video uploads and embedding, I often found myself lost within the site before it was changed. Not only did William redesign the BCIS website, he made it way simpler to navigate and a whole lot easier on the eyes. He just has a flare for these type of things.

In addition, William has an outgoing personality and is very easy to get along with as a co-worker. He has the ability to explain complicated web programming terms to the average joe. With his natural creative talent and awesome personality, William would be an asset to any company.
